Calista™ Braided Sandals

I just got these and have worn them all afternoon and I just know I am going to love them, they are super cute and definitely a step up from my normal everyday flip flops. So far very comfortable and I love that they are real authentic leather so I believe will conform to my feet and be very comfortable. Would purchase again ❤️ the brown color is neutral and will go with all my outfits, a great buy 😀

I usually wear a size 8.5 us and ordered the 9. Glad i did they fit just right. My heel though is right at the edge. They are comfortable but not very supportive to the arch. They contour to my feet like a glove wich is nice. Im still getting used to the braids and the width of the strap in between my toes.. The braids aren't big and chunky but any bigger and would've returned them. All in all i like them 8 out of 10.

You need to know how these will fit. You need to know how they feel. And you'll want to know if they'll be durable. First, the fit: I am a true size 8.5 or European size 39. Kinda common but oddly enough, shoe manufacturers worldwide can't seem to get together on a universal standard of size. That said, shoes often run the gamut in sizing for me, depending on name brand. These are no different. Calista typically runs a little on the bigger side. Thankfully for me, that meant their size 8 should fit. I took a gamble and won. The other option would have been a size 9 which would have had to be returned. Second, the feel: the footbed itself isn't super soft but the fabric lining said footbed is. It is molded nicely to fit a wider foot. Which is great for me since my toes have been smooshed into reportedly comfortable shoes for far too many years. As for durability: I've read those reviews too. I took a chance anyway. If they fall apart, I may not necessarily come back here and spout off. However, I've got my Shoe Goo at the ready just in case! As for the other points they want me to touch on: there isn't a velcro strap so I don't know why they even asked but okay. I don't see these ever causing blisters. At least not on my feet. Someone else may be different. The leather is genuine, thick and feels well made. But I can't answer their question about the value for money because honestly, that's subjective. Hopefully, my review plus photos will help someone else with questions that may not have been answered previously. UPDATE: These do "fart" when walking so I made an adjustment. I bought heel inserts. Problem solved! No more foot farting! 😁

Took a day to break in and feel good. Once the newness wore off, the foot toot sound went away... 😆 🤣 😂 Only been wearing about a week, so not sure how the straps will hold up. They are really foot flattering...

These sandals are cute and comfortable. I wear 8.5 and size 8 fits me perfectly. I will say it takes a few days to break them in but definitely recommend.
