My physical therapist suggested this rather than a posture brace and it was helpful! I have pretty bad posture, especially sitting at my computer. This is a great alternative option to actually help you focus on your posture and build the muscles and muscle memory to have better posture overall. It slightly vibrates/buzzes when you reach a certain posture which is your reminder to sit back up. You can also adjust the sensitivity on when you want it to buzz you. It helped me improve my posture a lot!

I really like this device but adhesive. It helps to correct posture, it vibrates when you slouch more than you set it with the app. App could be improved but it is ok.
