My physical therapist suggested this rather than a posture brace and it was helpful! I have pretty bad posture, especially sitting at my computer. This is a great alternative option to actually help you focus on your posture and build the muscles and muscle memory to have better posture overall. It slightly vibrates/buzzes when you reach a certain posture which is your reminder to sit back up. You can also adjust the sensitivity on when you want it to buzz you.
